Being a nurse who came from long term care for over 20 years, I know the demand long term care facilities need with their constant turnovers. 

We believe our elderly population needs reliable, caring staff who have exceptional patience. These are just a few of our expectations.  We provide local staff to better suite individual facilities with staff who are familiar with the state regulations. We believe this will provide for safe care as our staff will have knowledge of state practices.
